Return Policy
Grey Feather Toys, LLC does not accept returns. Because the health and safety of birds is our top priority, we will not recycle merchandise. Returned items carry the potential of spreading bacteria, viruses, germs or other disease-causing pathogens that can be extremely harmful to your bird. We’ve instituted our “no return” policy to ensure that your bird is not exposed to unnecessary risk. We take pride in the fact that ALL our toys are “newly hatched” and the peace of mind that policy guarantees. Although we don’t accept returns, we welcome any and all questions prior to ordering.

Missing Packages
Orders should be received within 5 to 10 business days for Continental USA. Some unusual items like Gyms and Cages will take longer since they are made to order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number from the automated FedEx system. Please do not discard this tracking number.
In the event that your package is missing, please contact us within 10 days of your purchase so we may investigate the matter further. Grey Feather Toys, LLC cannot be responsible for loss or damage claims made after expiration of FedEx’s period of liability.

Missing Items
Although we strive for perfection, occasionally we make mistakes on orders. Missing item(s) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
