We accept orders worldwide. Please ensure your email address is accurately entered on your order. Where applicable, you will receive a package tracking number directly from FedEx® or US Postal Service.
Please Note: Physical addresses that are incorrect or changed after order ships will incur a $10 fee.
Out of stock items are marked in the product descriptions. In the event we are out of stock on an item, we will notify you.

Play Gyms are drop-shipped Ground Service directly from the manufacturer. Please inquire for estimated ship dates on Play Gyms. 2 and 3 Day FedEx is not applicable on Stainless Steel Cages and Play Gyms. Shipping costs for Carriers, Humidifiers and Food orders 3 pounds or more will be incremental for 2 and 3 Day Express shipments.
Orders cancelled after order placement will incur a 15% processing fee.
2 and 3-Day Express Continental USA Shipping:
For your convenience, we offer FedEx® Express 2 and 3 Day Service as an option to ship your package. Our online store will calculate the shipping costs for you within the Continental US. Grey Feather Toys provides fast service and reasonable shipping rates!
Orders must be placed by 8:00 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday, to ensure delivery after 3 pm on the second/third business day. 2 and 3 Day Express Shipping is not valid for Saturday delivery.
Please note: Shipping costs for Carriers, Humidifiers, Oxine, Fun Factories, Sterling Twirl and/or Design Kits and Food orders 3 pounds or more will be incremental for 2 and 3 Day Express shipments. We will notify you of the shipping costs for your approval. 2 and 3 Day Express shipping is not available for Play Gyms or Cages.

Effective March 2004: We use Global Express Mail to ship your package. These shipping charges do not include customs fees, import taxes or duties.
If you would like a shipping quote, please feel free to contact us with the specific items you would like to order and the respective quantities. Once you place your online order, we will contact you via email with the final shipping charges for your approval, prior to shipping your parcel.
If you would like to pre-approve the international shipping costs, please make a note in the Comments section of your order when checking out of our online store.
Please note: Your order may incur customs/duty fees when it arrives. All international customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Grey Feather Toy Creations does not have any control over these fees and will not assume any responsibility for customs fees on your purchase. In the event your order is refused for any reason when international delivery is attempted: Shipping fees are not refundable
Credits are issued minus return shipping charges back to the USA and a 10% service charge after product is received by Grey Feather Toy Creations.
