 Everyone speaks so highly of your store on the Macaw Talk forum. After receiving my first order last week, I understand why. The presentation of my items was a very nice surprise. It's the little things that make a customer feel valued and you've accomplished that. Most people just throw your items in a box with some newspaper. Thumper - “My birds are happy beyond belief with your toys! Thumper, my special needs Timneh (splayed-legs with deformed feet), would never fetch toys from her “toy dish.” They simply stayed there until I offered them to her. Now that it is filled with Grey Feather foot toys, it’s the first place she visits each morning! She LOVES to look them over, take her pick, and carry it to the front of her cage to play. Jimmy, my oh-so-fierce CAG, became obsessed with his Possession. He had his eye on it ever since I removed it from the box, and still won’t let it out of his sight…even though it has now been reduced to a single pacifier hanging from a stainless steel chain. I’ve never seen my birds be so immediately attracted to ANY toys. Not only do your toys have a high “playability” factor, they also give this bird mom peace of mind because they are the safest toys on the market! Wonderful, wonderful products!

It is really wonderful to find a company that does QUALITY toys!!!  Duncan - I just want to thank you so much for our wonderful toys we received today! It was great timing, as we received a severely abused 'too this morning, and he is already enjoying the toys! The 'too is a bit camera shy, but I have attached our resident mascot "Duncan" who is playing on his gym with one of the toys that arrived today! Tommy - …I wanted to let you know about Tommy and his pail. He loves it. He tips it over on his side and climbs in…The funny thing is that his favorite toy of all things in the bucket is the button. He takes it with him…and does nothing by carry it around!

 Magic - Monica! Remember the new squishy toy Magic got the other day? He ignored it for two days. But NOW the top is completely gone and you should see the pile of debris under his manzanita tree! Guess the toy was a hit with him!

 Phoebe - I received my toy order, which included the large swing, and while I was unpacking the box, my B&G Phoebe saw me take the swing out. Her eyes immediately pinned and she said "Want some." I knew it was a hit. The fids always look forward to seeing those boxes come in. They'll come over and start pulling at the toys they want as I unpack, it's quite the spectacle. These toys are a hit with everybirdy, my greys, my toos, and assorted visitors (amazons, eclectus, conures). No matter how nervous a bird might be, I've yet to find one afraid of these toys. They are well-designed and well-made. I look forward to placing many, many orders in the future. Thank you Grey Feather Toys for a fine product line.

 Sally Ann - Meet Sally Ann - as soon as I hung the Carousel Toy on my 2 year old CAG's Parrot Tower, she was on it like white on rice. I've noticed that Sally's favorite toys tend to be ones that make a lot of noise when she is beating them up. The Carousel Toy meets the "grey" criteria: 1. It looks interesting. 2. You can swing on it. 3. You can beat it up. 4. It makes noise. This toy also meets one very important human criteria. It lasts longer than 5 minutes. Sally gives the Carousel Toy two talons up.

Calypso & Mai Tai - I got my package today! Thanks for the extra goodies – Calypso LOVES those foot toys that are like screws. They are her favorite toys, ever. Mai Tai is having fun dumping her bucket of foot toys – at least she can’t “kill” the bucket! Thanks for great products, great prices, fast shipping. And the extra goodies were a wonderful surprise!  Spike - I thought you might like to see some pictures of my 'BABY' playing with his new toys! Thank you again. Spike plays with these toys more than any of his others. He is also not scared of them when I put new variations in his cage. He is normally very apprehensive of new toys. He enjoys them very much! I have also had fun making toys out of all the parts I bought, and Spike has fun helping me! (or not as the case may be!)
