Why is the shopping cart duplicating items I’ve already added?
It is common for customers to use the buttons on their Browsers to navigate (MS Internet Explorer or Netscape, AOL, etc). Using the “Back” Button on your browser will cause the shopping cart to duplicate items already added.
We recommend the following: As you are adding items to your shopping cart, the “View Cart Contents” will automatically display. We encourage you to use the grey buttons below your itemized order on the View Cart page to navigate back to the store.

The “Return to Products Page” Button will return you to the category page.

The “Modify Cart” Button will accept the changes to quantities or delete items within your order.

The “Checkout” Button will take you through the steps needed to complete your order.

Using the buttons and/or links within the “View Cart Contents” Page will ensure your items are not duplicated.
Tip: Did you know you can add multiple products to the shopping cart all at once? Enter quantities for all products on same page, click “Add To Cart” Button. You will see all the items were added at once!

How do I navigate through your store?
The left column of our web site displays a Navigation Box. Click on the Product Category to view individual items for purchase. For the detailed description, simply click on either the product picture or the “More Info” link.
- Some products offer multiple sizes, colors, quantity discounts, flavors, etc.
- Please select desired item from the Option Box.
- Enter your quantity, then click “Add To Cart” Button.
If you want to order more than one item on a given page, simply add your quantities for each item on that individual page then click “Add To Cart” Button. The “View Cart Contents” Page will automatically display the items added to your order.
We encourage you to use the gray navigation buttons below your itemized order.

- When you are finished shopping, click on the “Checkout” Button to complete your order. Please review your order for accuracy.
- Select the Shipping Method and Payment Type (Credit Card or PayPal). USA Customers need to enter their State. International Customers need to enter their Country. Click on the gray “Continue to Order Form” Button.
Billing and Mailing Information:
- Please enter your Billing Information on the Order Form Page. This is the address where your credit card statement is mailed.
- If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please enter the shipping address in the Mailing Information section. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and require a physical address. If you prefer, we can ship to your place of business. If you have a special need for us to use US Postal Mail, please contact us for rates.
Credit Card Information:
- Select credit card type. Enter your credit card number, your name as it appears on your credit card and the expiration date.
General Information:
- Mailing List: Let us know if you would like to be added to receive our monthly electronic newsletter. Being a member of our group entitles you to exclusive group member discounts.
- Please let us know who recommended you to Grey Feather Toy Creations. We encourage our customers to recommend their friends to us.
- Message: Enter any comments you may have.
- Click on the gray “Submit Secure Order” Button to complete your order!

- Then click on the button "ALLOW"
- You will see the web site will be listed in the Managed Web Sites box.
- Click on the "OK" Icon.

How can I verify my order was processed?
If you received an email receipt, then your order was approved. If you are still uncertain, please Contact Us.
Why won’t the Payment Page load?
The system changes over to a secure server when you are in the final stages of submitting the order. This process may be slow and might look like the page is not loading. Please be patient. If it will not load, check your browser settings to make sure they are not causing a problem. If all else fails, please Contact Us.
Why is my Credit Card being declined for Bill-To Last Name Missing?
Please review the Bill-To information on the Order Form. Verify you entered your full name (first and last name) in the “Name” field on the Bill-To side of the Order Form. After reviewing, please resubmit the order.
Why is my Credit Card being declined?
Please ensure you have selected the correct credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) and expiration date. Verify that your credit card number was entered correctly, without any spaces or dashes. Please Note: If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.
Why doesn’t the Shopping Cart recognize my Gift Certificate/Coupon code?
First, be sure that you are entering the code exactly as it appears on your gift certificate or coupon. You must enter the coupon code without any spaces before or after the code. Still having problems? Please Contact Us prior to ordering to ensure you receive your discount.
I keep getting a System Error Message. Help!
These types of errors usually occur only for a short period of time. Please return to our web site and try again later. If you continue to have trouble, please Contact Us.
Other troubleshooting tips. We hope these tips provide helpful information for shopping in our store:
- Refresh the page. If a page loads only halfway or takes excessive amounts of time to load, click the "Stop" button at the top of your browser and then click "F5" or "Refresh/Reload." This often solves the problem.
- Clear your cache. Most Web browsers temporarily store a local copy of every page you visit, along with all the graphics on those pages.
